Raphael Debleser

Raphaël Debleser is an experienced technology and operations leader with a multifaceted background, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Head of IT at EIT Food since September 2020. Responsibilities include defining and implementing tech strategies, driving digital transformation initiatives, and managing various internal and hybrid IT teams. Prior to EIT Food, Raphaël co-founded and was the Director of Technology at Robal App, overseeing technology development for on-demand staffing solutions. Previous roles include Information Technology Project Manager and Product Consultant at Lisam America Inc, where project delivery and customization of software systems were key responsibilities, as well as a Business Consultant in Chemical Safety at Lisam Systems. Additional experience includes a stint at Deloitte Belgium as a Business Technology Analyst and a Research Assistant at Université catholique de Louvain. Raphaël holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Management from Université catholique de Louvain and a Master Certificate in IS/IT Project Management from Villanova University.
