Hans-Peter Lauffs

Hans-Peter Lauffs has a comprehensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Hans-Peter served as the Chief Operating Officer at EIT Health since 2019. Prior to that, they worked at TechSoup as the Senior Director of Global Network from 2016 to 2019. From 2013 to 2016, they held the position of Managing Director at Haus des Stiftens gGmbH. Hans-Peter also co-founded and served as Managing Director at Smartkom GmbH from 2010 to 2013. Hans-Peter has a background in leadership as they served as Managing Director at Malteser Hilfsdienst gemeinnützige GmbH from 2002 to 2010. Before joining the non-profit sector, they worked at E.ON AG/VIAG AG as Manager of International Group Development and Executive Assistant to a Member of the Managing Board from 1999 to 2002. Hans-Peter began their career at VAW Aluminium AG as a member of the BU Management Team from 1996 to 1999.

Hans-Peter Lauffs has an AMP degree from IESE Business School. Hans-Peter also holds a Dipl.-Kfm. degree from Universität Passau. Additionally, they have attended Université Toulouse 1 Capitole.
