Joanna Broy

Joanna Broy is an experienced professional currently serving as the Ecosystem Lead for Poland at EIT Health since January 2022, where responsibilities include engaging partners, identifying business opportunities, and supporting entrepreneurs in the local ecosystem. Previously, Joanna held the position of Education Lead at EIT Health, focusing on implementing education strategies and content development. Prior to these roles, Joanna was the Head of the Acceleration Projects Department at the Medical University of Lodz, managing European projects and creating new programs. Joanna also has a background in academia as a PhD candidate and researcher in Psychodermatology, alongside earlier experience as an AML Specialist at HSBC and an Administrative Assistant at WIEDZA. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Biotechnology from the Medical University of Lodz and postgraduate studies in Business in Biotechnology from Jagiellonian University.
