Caroline Viarouge

Caroline Viarouge serves as the Chief Executive Officer at EIT Manufacturing since May 2023 and is a Business Angel with Capitole Angels since October 2022, focusing on supporting startup development in the Occitanie region of France. Caroline's prior roles include Vice President of Strategy & Transformation at Munters, where responsibilities involved orchestrating planning and implementation for a major business unit, and Vice President of Global Services, leading strategy and business development efforts. Earlier, Caroline was a Senior Business Consultant at BearingPoint and held various strategic marketing roles at Nissan Motor Corporation, where significant contributions included leading the INFINITI strategy and business transformation program. Caroline holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris and advanced degrees in International Business from University College Dublin and TBS Education.
