Frans Boch

Frans Boch is an experienced investor and board member with a diverse portfolio in various industries. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for Merchant Equity Large Cap Europe II since April 2012, Frans oversees a feeder fund for private investors with committed capital of mEUR 68. As Lead Investor and member of the board at EIVA a/s since April 2008, involvement has focused on supporting management in strategic development following a succession change. Additionally, Frans has led investment efforts and chaired the board for Intramedic AB, enhancing its position in cardo-pulmonary instruments since November 2006, while also serving in similar roles at Lamiflex AB, Mabs International AB, and previously at Holmbergs Safety System Group. Other board memberships include roles at Nordea Liv & Pension A/S and TryghedsGruppen, as well as participation in NAXS - Nordic Access Buy-Out Fund AB. Frans also owns Edsviken, an investment company aimed at supporting succession changes in niche SMEs.
