Layan Sawalha

Layan Sawalha has been working in the professional field since 2017. Layan began their career as a Social Media Team Leader and Product Development Team Member at Zain Jordan. In 2019, they took on two internships at Zain Jordan as a Telecommunications System Engineer Intern and a Public Relations Intern. In 2021, they moved to Webhelp, where they served as a Team Manager and was responsible for formulating strategic and operational objectives, creating and monitoring databases using Excel and Power BI, and using the company troubleshooting resolution tree to evaluate technical problems. Currently, they are employed at Morgan Stanley as a Project Manager and at Eivan's Photo and Video as a Social Media Marketing Manager/ Executive Assistant, where they are responsible for planning digital marketing campaigns, maintaining the company's social media presence across all digital channels, and measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.

Layan Sawalha is currently pursuing a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Computer Science Engineering at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Staffordshire University in 2019. From 2016 to 2021, they attended Balqa Applied University and obtained an Undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including TDK from Budapest University of Technology and Economics in November 2022, IoT from IEEE in September 2019, Python Course from Phi Science Institute in December 2018, Selling Skills from Zain in October 2017, Youthpass "We need water and energy" from Erasmus+ in September 2017, Innovation from Zain in August 2017, and IELTS from the British Council in September 2020.
