Anne E. Kraus has over three decades of experience in food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory operations. As Vice President of Global Food Safety and Quality at E. & J. Gallo Winery from December 2012 to April 2024, Anne managed a $15M budget and led a team of 85 while overseeing operations across 30 company-owned facilities and 70 global partners in over 90 countries. Prior to this role, Anne served at General Mills in various leadership capacities, including Director of Quality and Regulatory Operations, where key initiatives were implemented in response to FDA FSMA regulations. Additional experience includes leading a $10M division focused on analytical testing services, achieving significant revenue growth. Anne holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and a B.S. in Food Science from Iowa State University.
