Michelle Rando is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international trade compliance and workforce development. Currently serving as a Senior International Trade Compliance Analyst at Gallo since September 2021, Michelle implements corporate and compliance programs, including managing the annual submission of the voluntary importer security profile for the U.S. Prior to this role, Michelle worked as a Workforce Analyst at the Stanislaus County Department of Workforce Development, where responsibilities included supervising and monitoring a contracted local youth services provider to ensure compliance with WIOA law and state requirements.
