Nicholas Lancaster

Nicholas Lancaster is an experienced winemaker currently serving as an Associate Winemaker at GALLO since April 2024, following a tenure at The Wine Group from September 2018 to April 2024, where roles included Assistant Winemaker, Enologist, and Analytical Technician. Prior experience includes positions as a Peer Mentor at CSU Stanislaus from January 2016 to August 2018 and a Tutor at Modesto Junior College from September 2012 to December 2015. Nicholas holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology with a focus on Plant Ecology from California State University, Stanislaus, and completed a Winemaking Certificate Program in Viticulture and Enology at the University of California, Davis from April 2021 to September 2023.
