Kim Swidorski

Kim Swidorski, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in human resources. Kim began their career at Straits Steel & Wire in 1989 as the Human Resources Manager. In 1991, they joined Harbor Industries as the Director of Human Resources, where they stayed for 23 years until 2014. Since 2015, they have been working at EJ, starting as the Compensation Benefits Manager and then being promoted to Senior Human Resources Manager. In 2018, they became the Assistant Director of Human Resources and their most recent role is Director, Human Resources, which they assumed in April 2020.

Kim Swidorski, SHRM-SCP, obtained a BS in Industrial Relations from Ferris State University, where they attended from 1987 to 1989. Prior to that, Kim attended Jordan College from 1985 to 1986, although the degree obtained and field of study are unknown. Additionally, Kim received their SPHR Certification from SHRM in 2018.
