Beatriz Hierro Alonso is a seasoned manager and professional in digital transformation with extensive experience at Eraneos Iberia since April 2019, where notable roles include Manager, Senior Digital Transformation, and Change Management Domain Leader. Beatriz has played pivotal roles in driving agile practices and aligning business strategies with governance under the "Agile Enterprise" initiative for TyO Santander. As a member of EJE&CON, Beatriz promotes women's leadership in high-level positions and serves as a Global Ambassador for Singularity University, focusing on sustainability efforts.
