Mónica Seara

Mónica Seara is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational health, women's empowerment, and risk management. Currently, Mónica serves as a speaker in the EJE&CON initiative #AquíEstánEllas, aimed at increasing female representation at conferences, and as a mentor for female STEM students through the #SteMatEsElla program. Mónica is also the Founder and CEO of HUMANAS Salud Organizacional, which focuses on fostering a more humane and sustainable work culture. Additional roles include serving as a member of the management team at VALOREA and a professor at EAE Business School, where Mónica teaches about labor well-being. Mónica has a solid academic background with degrees in agricultural mechanization, human resources management, personal development, and environmental management.
