Mattias Hildensjö

Mattias Hildensjö has over 25 years of experience in various roles in supply chain management and sourcing. Mattias currently serves as the Chief Sourcing Officer at Ejendals, where they lead an international team and oversees sourcing, supplier quality, and product compliance. Prior to this, they were the Director of Global Sourcing at ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions | Hospitality. Mattias also held the position of Business Area Sourcing Manager at ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems. In addition, Mattias has worked at Xylem Inc. as a Category Manager, overseeing the EMEA region castings spend, and at ABB in several roles, including Supply Chain Manager, Global Commodity Manager, Sourcing Manager, and Strategic Buyer. Mattias has extensive experience in managing global supplier networks, implementing standard tools and processes, and driving cost reduction initiatives.

From 1998 to 2002, Mattias Hildensjö pursued their Masters degree in Business, Economics, and Commercial Law at Uppsala University. In 2001, they briefly attended St. John's University to study Business Management.
