Ashkan Ahmadinia

Ashkan Ahmadinia serves as CEO at Cobblestone A/S and Cobblestone Hotel Asset Management, with additional roles as a board member at EjendomDanmark and Plan1 Cobblestone Architects A/S. Since April 2023, Ashkan has been contributing to EjendomDanmark, the industry organization for property owners, renters, and managers in Denmark. Representing the real estate sector at Copenhagen Business Academy since September 2022, Ashkan collaborates with various stakeholders in education. Previously, Ashkan held dual roles at Newsec from December 2011 to July 2021, overseeing investment properties and leading a team in administration. Ashkan’s career in property management began with positions at DATEA and Kuben. Educational credentials include a Leadership degree from Stronghold University and property management qualifications from EjendomDanmark and Copenhagen Business Academy.
