Tanita Gilbert-Baker

Tanita Gilbert-Baker is an experienced professional in civil engineering and operations management. Currently serving as President and Executive Vice President at EJES, Inc. since January 2009, Tanita oversees the company's operations in Louisiana and Mississippi. Previously, from February 1999 to January 2009, Tanita held the position of Vice President of Civil Operations at NTB Associates, Inc., where responsibilities included managing civil and structural operations across Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana. Early career experience includes working as a Civil Engineer II for the City of Shreveport's Department of Public Works, focusing on the design and management of various engineering projects. Tanita holds an MBA from Centenary College of Louisiana and a BSCE in Civil Engineering from Tulane University.
