Mikko Lauronen

Mikko Lauronen has a diverse work experience, starting as a Technical Support Engineer at Ekahau in 2005. Mikko then worked as a Junior Product Manager at Ekahau, where they were responsible for technical writing, sales and market analysis, and Salesforce.com system administration. After that, they became a Product Manager, leading the development and productization of high-accuracy RTLS and sensor solutions. Later, they took on the role of Product Line Manager for Wi-Fi tools, overseeing product management and development. Mikko eventually became the Director of Product Management, leading multiple teams and focusing on product strategy, innovation, and customer service. Their most recent role is Vice President, Software Products at Ekahau. Prior to their time at Ekahau, Mikko worked at Welho as a Customer Service Agent, where they gained experience in fixed broadband internet connections.

Mikko Lauronen completed their Master of Science (MS) in Telecommunications Management from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, where they studied from 2001 to 2008. Mikko has also obtained several certifications, including CWAP, CWDP, and CWNA from CWNP in 2016 and 2017. In addition, they obtained the ECSE certification from Ekahau, although the exact month and year are not provided.
