Linda Hanson has worked in a variety of roles since 1991. Linda began their career as a Seamstress at Window Designs Etc. and continued in this role at KH Window Fashions, Inc. from 1997-2004. In 2004, they took on the role of Customer Service Manager / Director of Operations at Kerry / X Cafe, where they were responsible for end-to-end customer service, order processing, invoicing, tracking shipments, prioritizing orders based on available stock, vendor billing, audits, training new customer service representatives and overall operations management. In 1998, they also worked as a Loan Operations Representative at Flagship Bank. From 2011-2019, they were a Senior Service Advisor (PM) and team lead at iTeam, where they managed concurrent projects through the full project lifecycle and reported regular updates to stakeholders. Most recently, they have been working at Ekaru since 2020, where they have held the roles of Director of Operations, Operations Manager, and Client Experience Manager. In their role as Client Experience Manager, they work with clients and employees to ensure that all internal and external projects, service delivery and initiatives are completed on time and with the Ekaru brand promises met.
Linda Hanson holds a BS in Clothing & Textiles - Apparel Design from Framingham State University and a certificate of completion in Project Management Professional (PMP) from ITU Online.
