Andrew Heap

Andrew Heap is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in educational support services and management. Currently serving as the Head of College Services & Support at EKC Group since October 2023, Andrew leads initiatives related to enrolments, exams, admissions reception services, and safeguarding. Previously, Andrew held the position of Group Head of Student Experience, generating strategic reports and recommendations for the Board on student experience and safeguarding policies. A former Head of Student Support & Experience at Canterbury College, Andrew was instrumental in developing high-quality support services. Over the years, Andrew has gained diverse experience, serving as an Offender Manager at Seetec Justice and holding various leadership roles in business development, facilities operations, and finance at institutions such as The Abbey School and Somerset College.
