Todd Stallings has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry, with roles ranging from executive positions to teaching. Todd is currently working as an Online Faculty at NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. Prior to this, they held the position of VP Healthcare Business Development and Operations at EKF Management, where they led various initiatives to expand and enhance the company's services. Todd also served as the Administrator at HSU Home Care, a Medicare-Certified Home Health Agency. Before joining the private sector, Todd worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Indiana University Richard M. Fairbanks School of Public Health and as the Executive Director of Indiana Association for Home & Hospice Care, Inc. Todd gained experience in hospital management and physician practice development at various healthcare institutions, including Ball Memorial Hospital, Nasser, Smith & Pinkerton Cardiology, and Alliant Management Services | Jennings Community Hospital. Todd has also held leadership positions at Humana Women's Hospital - Indianapolis and Humana Hospital Northside.

Todd Stallings attended Ball State University from 1979 to 1983, studying architecture. Todd then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on marketing at the University of Louisville from 1982 to 1985. Following that, they completed a Master's in Health Administration (MHA) at Duke University from 1985 to 1987.
