Chaitanya Chintalapati is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and project management. Currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Success at ekincare since September 2018, Chaitanya has a proven track record in leading the implementation of COTS products and analyzing business and system requirements. Previous roles include Project Manager at ValueLabs and Assistant Manager at Deloitte, where responsibilities included managing Agile projects and liaising with clients to gather requirements. Chaitanya's career began as a Business Analyst at Computer Solutions & Software International, contributing to complex product implementations for insurance providers. A strong foundation in mechanical engineering was established with a Master's degree from the University of Bridgeport and a Bachelor's degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
