Tushar Charde

Tushar Charde is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in driving brand strategy and demand generation across various sectors. As the Director of Marketing at ekincare since January 2022, Tushar has successfully built a marketing team of 20 and launched innovative initiatives such as 'Pulse' and the 'Corporate Health and Well-being Awards'. Prior to this, Tushar held various roles at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited, where a notable achievement included a 7% increase in mindshare and a 38% growth in membership sales. Experience also includes roles at ICICI Bank and Cognizant, focusing on product marketing and business development, respectively.
