The leadership team at ekincare has a wide range of experience in many different industries. Many of the team members have worked in healthcare, including Apollo Clinics, Apollo Sugar Clinics, Apollo Dental Clinics, and Clove Dental. Others have experience in finance and accounting from companies such as UnitedHealthcare India Pvt. Ltd., Metis Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd., and Aviva India. The team also has experience in product marketing from companies such as AT&T Mobility, Alltel, and NetCentrics. In addition, many members of the team have an MBA from schools such as Duke University, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, and Symbiosis Institute of Business Management.
