Thomas Lawton

Thomas Lawton is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Design Manager at Harper-Clayton Construction since July 2023, Thomas oversees a team of CAD designers and 3D modelers, managing shop drawings and fabrication layouts while providing essential guidance and support. Prior to this role, Thomas worked as a Design Engineer at Eklund's Inc. from May 2011 to June 2023, specializing in the design of elevator cab components and ensuring the quality of all designs through peer reviews. Thomas holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M University.
