Joakim Rapp

Joakim Rapp has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Joakim currently works at Öhlins Racing AB as a Design & Verification Engineer. Prior to this, Joakim worked at CorPower Ocean as a Development Engineer, where they focused on building and testing a full-scale Wave Energy Converter. Joakim also has experience at Alfa Laval as a Team Leader Marine, Test Engineer, where they conducted tests and developed high-speed separators. Before that, they worked at Peab as a Sjötekniker and at Karma AB as a Technical Sales Engineer, providing sales and technical support. Joakim's earliest work experience was at RXT ASA, where they worked as an Energy Source Technician on a seismic research vessel, providing engineering support and implementing innovative solutions for a range of systems.

Joakim Rapp began their education at Bromma gymnasium from 1995 to 1999, where they studied Natural Sciences. During their time at Bromma gymnasium, they also completed an exchange year in Montana, USA at Dawson County High in 1996 and 1997. Following this, from 2001 to 2006, Joakim attended Linköping University and obtained their Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2005 to 2006, they pursued further studies at The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, specializing in engineering.
