Ina Petrova

Ina Petrova is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leading HR functions. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at EKO Bulgaria since March 2020, Ina oversees recruitment, performance and talent management, payroll management, and strategic projects aimed at staff retention and skills enhancement. Prior to this role, Ina worked at Overgas from March 2008 to March 2020, where achievements included serving as Learning and Development Manager, Senior Human Resources Expert, and Human Resources Expert, focusing on training implementation, talent management, and performance appraisal systems. Ina holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Institut d'Administration des Entreprises de Paris and a B.A. in Liberal Arts and Sciences from University College Utrecht.
