Pornpawee (Mai) Assawataevin is an experienced product owner and customer success professional with a proven track record in managing high-level complaints, enhancing interdepartmental collaboration, and improving operational procedures at Amity since June 2020. Prior to this role, Pornpawee served as the SME Customer Success Lead at Eko, where responsibilities included automating onboarding processes and utilizing data-driven strategies to monitor customer health. Additional experience includes various roles focused on customer engagement, training, and content creation across several organizations. Pornpawee holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Thammasat University and has participated in exchange programs at Waseda University and UC Santa Barbara.
