Robert Szadkowski

Robert Szadkowski has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Robert is currently serving as the Director of the Digital Transformation Office at Ekoenergetyka, starting from December 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Business Development at the same company from March 2023 to November 2023.

Before joining Ekoenergetyka, Robert worked at SECO/WARWICK Group for a significant portion of their career. Robert served as the Vice President Business Segment Aftermarket from June 2019 to December 2022. In this role, they were responsible for implementing strategies and processes to enhance customer satisfaction in after-sales services.

At SECO/WARWICK Group, they also held the role of Business Development Manager from January 2016 to May 2019, where they focused on expanding the company's presence in the aftermarket and overseeing the IT policies within the group. Robert also served as the Global IT Manager/Director of IT Department from January 2011 to December 2015.

Robert's earlier roles at SECO/WARWICK Group include Vacuum Furnaces Team Vice Director & Director from August 2005 to December 2010, where they managed the team responsible for generating more than 50% of the company's revenue through heat treatment installations. Robert also served as the Electrical Design Team Leader from September 1999 to July 2005 and started their career with the company as an Electrical Design Engineer from August 1996 to August 1999.

Robert Szadkowski obtained a Postgraduate degree in Efficient IT Management in Enterprises from SGH Warsaw School of Economics in 2011-2012. Prior to that, they pursued a MSEEng degree in Electronics from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology during 1991-1996. Additionally, they hold certifications such as Balanced Scorecard Manager and Balanced Scorecard Specialist from TÜV NORD GROUP. Robert also has an ITIL Foundation Certificate from EXIN.
