Liz Mellor has a diverse work experience that spans several companies. Liz began their career as a Credit Controller at Debitsuccess in January 2010 and held the position until February 2012. Liz then joined Echo Managed Services in September 2012 as a Senior Collections Agent, where they excelled in maintaining adherence measures, performance targets, and call quality. Liz's most recent role was as a Business Consultant for Employee Engagement at eKomi - The Innovation Lab, starting in 2016. In this position, they focused on the UK region and utilized eKomi's cross-platform tool to engage and motivate employees while utilizing positive feedback for marketing purposes.

Liz Mellor began their education at the New Zealand Institute of Education (NZIE) from 1999 to 2000, where they pursued a National Certificate in Business and Administration.
