Maru Del Moral has extensive work experience in the customer experience field. Maru started their career at Linea Directa Aseguradora in 1997, where they worked in the Claims and Customer Service Department. In 2000, they joined AXA as a Motor Claims Supervisor and later transitioned into HR roles, including HR Specialist, HR Director - North West Region Spain, and Regional HR Business Partner. In these positions, Maru implemented HR strategies, managed daily business operations and performance, and collaborated with executive staff. Maru also worked as a Lean and Six Sigma Black Belt at AXA MedLa Region, where they led and coordinated projects to improve customer satisfaction and process efficiency. Maru then joined AXA en France as a Customer Experience Manager, followed by a role as Head of Customer Experience at AXA. In 2018, they became the Customer Experience Director at eKomi - The Feedback Company. Throughout their career, Maru has demonstrated their expertise in customer experience and continuous process improvement.

Maru Del Moral studied at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 1988 to 1993. During this time, they earned a degree in Derecho and became a Licenciada in their field of study.
