Christine Terin has extensive experience in customer experience and communications, currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience at York Region since January 2004. Prior roles at York Region include Manager of Communications, Community Engagement and Marketing, Acting Director of Sustainability, Communications and Innovation, and Manager of Logistics for the HR Health Emergency Operations Centre. Prior to joining York Region, Christine worked as a Marketing Representative for Georgeson Shareholder Communications Inc. from January 2001 to December 2003 and as an Account Manager at National Post, Inc. from 1997 to 2001. Educational qualifications include a program at York University's Schulich School of Business in 2013 and studies at Humber College from 1995 to 1997.
