Naroa Ugena Bilbao

Naroa Ugena Bilbao has a diverse and extensive work experience. Naroa started their career as a Responsable Comercial at Bilbao Exhibition Centre in 2004. Naroa then worked as an Inside Channel Account Manager for Cisco Systems at Convergys in 2007. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as a Consultor Departamento de Oficinas at Aguirre Newman, followed by a role as a Consultor Inmobiliario at BUSQUETS GALVEZ, SL from 2008 to 2009. In 2009, they joined Aguirre Newman as a Sales Representative, where they were responsible for commercialization and acquisition of office space and buildings. From 2012 to 2015, Naroa worked as a Senior Social Commerce Consultant at eKomi. Naroa then served as the Team Manager for sales in Spain, Italy, and Brazil from 2015 to 2016 before becoming the Country Manager Spain at eKomi from 2016 to 2017. In 2018, they were promoted to International Sales Director at eKomi, leading a diverse and skilled team. Currently, Naroa holds the position of Senior VP Iberia & Latam at eKomi, where they continue to drive business growth and support customers in multiple languages.

Naroa Ugena Bilbao began their education journey in 2000 at the Universidad Púbica del Pais Vasco, where they pursued a diploma in Ciencias Empresariales. This program lasted for four years, ending in 2004. During the same period, from 2000 to 2004, they also studied at the Cámara de Comercio De Bilbao, earning a diploma in Marketing.

In 2005, Naroa attended Northumbria University, where they enrolled in the International Business Management program. Naroa'sstudies here lasted for one year, concluding in 2006. Subsequently, in 2010, they pursued a Master's degree in Real Estate Aguirre Newman at Aguirre Newman, completing their studies in 2011.
