Melissa Theiss

Melissa Theiss is the Vice President of Customer Success at Ekos. Melissa has also worked as the Head of People Operations and People Operations Lead at Column, a startup that builds technology for the public information ecosystem. Melissa has also been an advisor for NixSheets, a B2B SaaS workflow and automation platform for accounting teams, and a member of Pavilion Executive, where they built relationships and shared lessons learned with other executives at growth-focused companies. Prior to their current role, Melissa was a Senior Associate in the Leadership Development Program at Axon.

Melissa Theiss has a Bachelor of Arts with Honors from Harvard University in Psychology and participated in the Undergraduate Teacher Education Program (UTEP). Melissa also has a certificate in Elevating Equity from Josh Bersin Academy and Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging for Leaders and Managers from LinkedIn. Melissa is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SCP).
