Francisco Ronquillo Japón has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and countries. Francisco started their career in 1999 at Telepizza, where they worked as a Labor Relations Technician and later as an HR Manager for seven years. In 2012, they joined eks energy as an HR Manager and then became the Resources Director. From 2014 onwards, they held the position of Chief Corporate Officer, overseeing the internationalization of enterprises and managing various departments such as Legal, Corporate Services, Human Resources, IT, and Health & Safety. Francisco'swork with eks energy involved expanding operations globally, including in the United States, Puerto Rico, Australia, Brazil, Chile, and South Africa.

Francisco Ronquillo Japón obtained a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Law at Seville University from 1993 to 1997, specializing in Private Law. Francisco later pursued a Master's degree in Social Psychology in Organizations and Work from the same university, completing it in 2010-2011. In 2020-2021, they attended Universidad Nebrija to become a Data Protection Officer (DPO). Continuing with their professional development, in 2021 they also obtained a degree in Compliance Officer specialized in Corporate Compliance from the same university. Additionally, they completed a Master's degree in Occupational Safety and Health from CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros in 2000-2001, focusing on Occupational Safety and Health. Furthermore, they acquired a Master's degree in Health and Safety with a specialization in Psycho-sociology and Ergonomics from Instituto de Formacion Integral (IFI) during 2005-2006. Lastly, in 2015, they participated in a course titled "Drawing Up International Contracts" organized by the Asociación para el Progreso de la Dirección (APD), which focused on law.
