Surajeet M. has been working in the recruitment field since 2003. From 2003-2011, they worked at Synechron as Lead Staffing, where they handled a team of 6 members, allocated requirements among the team members, and screened resumes received from the team. Surajeet was also responsible for benefits and rate negotiation with consultants and submitting screened resumes to direct clients. In 2011, they joined ekSource Technologies, Inc. as Senior Vice President, where they were responsible for all Technical Recruitment (complete recruitment cycle) for large projects/Accounts which had a strategic relationship. Surajeet handled the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing, internet/web recruiting and planning Resourcing path, to reviewing resumes and initiating further process of hiring until the reporting of candidate on project site.
