Oscar Beltran

Oscar Beltran is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT and digitalization, currently serving as the Technology Officer for IT and Digitalization at EKU Power Drives since May 2016. In this role, Oscar designs the company's IT landscape, oversees ERP implementation in the US and Germany, and leads project management tools, driving agile practices. Previous positions include Head of Aftersales and Customer Care, where Oscar implemented operational strategies, and Sales Director, focused on expanding sales in the USA. Oscar's earlier career includes roles at Avanxo as a Presales Senior Consultant, Aranda Software Corp in various capacities, and as an SAP Consultant at MQA. Oscar holds an MBA from Hochschule Furtwangen and a degree in Electronic Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
