María Clara Wasileff

María Clara Wasileff is an accomplished professional in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the People and Culture Lead and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Ekumen, an international engineering company established in Argentina, since May 2022. With a strong foundation in HR practices developed during their tenure at Grupo Peñaflor from October 2013 to May 2022, María Clara successfully implemented various HR processes, including talent management, training strategies, and cultural transformation initiatives.
