Julien Tchernia began their education at Lycée Paul Cezanne from 1985 to 1990, where they obtained their Bac C - Classes préparatoires. Following this, from 1990 to 1994, they attended Telecom Bretagne and received a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Telecoms. In 1993 to 1994, they pursued further education at the Franco Polish School of New Information and Communication Technologies, specializing in Radio mobiles.
