Essam Mouafy is a Senior R&D Head at El-Araby Group since January 2019. Essam has extensive experience in mechanical design engineering, product development, and innovation. Essam has held various leadership roles in companies like Electrolux and Mobica, where Essam demonstrated their skills in designing and supervising medical equipment and managing production operations. With a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Design Engineering from Zagazig University, Essam has a strong technical background and expertise in CNC programming, mold design, and tooling maintenance. Additionally, Essam has been active in driving product improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and knowledge transfer programs in their previous roles.
