Islam Farghaly

Islam Farghaly is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across various leadership roles in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently, Islam serves as the Global HRBP Senior Head for Egypt, Africa, and Europe at ELARABY Group, while also holding the position of Global Senior Head of Talent Acquisition. Prior to this, Islam worked at PepsiCo where responsibilities included managing HR projects and leading human resources initiatives for both snacks and beverage plants. Notable positions at PepsiCo include Senior HR Projects Manager, Senior HRBP Manager for Sales Strategy & Transformation, and Senior Manager for Organizational Development and Learning. Previous experience includes HR supervision roles at T3A Pharma Group and IBM, where Islam specialized in training management and HR operations for sizable employee populations. Islam holds a Master’s degree in International Business Administration with a focus on Global Management from Paris ESLSCA Business School.
