Juan M. Menchaca is the President & CEO of EL ARCA, Inc. Juan M. has been with the company since May 2002, starting as Vice President before rising to their current position in June 2009. Juan M. holds a Doctorate in Social Work from the University of Southern California, a Masters in Public Administration from the University of La Verne, a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies from California State University, Los Angeles, and an Associate of Arts from East Los Angeles College.
