Isaac Pozos

Isaac Pozos is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in program management and community health. Currently serving as the Director of Programs at El Buen Samaritano since February 2025, Isaac previously held the position of Community Development Specialist at the Texas Association of Community Health Centers from October 2020 to February 2025, where Isaac focused on representing Texas safety-net health centers. Isaac's prior roles include Healthcare Manager - Operations at Lone Star Circle of Care, and Director of Practice Transformation and Sr. Practice Administrator at El Buen Samaritano and CommUnityCare Health Centers, respectively. Isaac began the career as a Business Office Manager at the City of Austin. Isaac holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas State University, completed between 1990 and 1992.
