Juan Carlos Cuadros M.ed.

Juan Carlos Cuadros, M.Ed., serves as the Assistant Superintendent of Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging at EUGENE SD 4J, beginning in August 2024. Previously, Cuadros held the position of Executive Director of Middle School Programs at Bend-La Pine Schools, where key responsibilities included shaping educational experiences, strategic planning, and collaboration with stakeholders. Cuadros also served as Executive Director of Teaching and Learning at Bend-La Pine Schools, focusing on professional development and closing the achievement gap. Prior roles include Principal at Kelly Middle School and Buena Vista Spanish Immersion Elementary School within the 4J School District, and Assistant Principal and English Language Teacher at Springfield Public Schools. Cuadros’s educational background includes two Master’s degrees from the University of Oregon in Secondary Education and Spanish Language and Literature, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish Language and Literature.
