Francis Baylen

Francis Baylen is a seasoned Computer Systems Support Specialist and Computer Lab Specialist at El Camino College, where responsibilities include designing, setting up, maintaining, and upgrading various academic computer labs and classrooms since March 2001. Prior experience includes serving as a Technical Planning Specialist at Tech Ed Services, Inc. from October 1997 to February 2001, focusing on evaluating technology in schools to meet grant requirements. Francis holds a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from California State University, Long Beach, and has furthered education with an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a certificate in Non-Profit Management from Duke University.
