Micaela Bailey

Micaela Bailey, M.S., is an experienced counselor currently serving as an Adjunct Counselor at El Camino College and as an Adjunct General and Transfer Counselor at Santa Monica College, while also having previous roles at Oxnard College and Los Angeles Harbor College. Micaela specializes in providing comprehensive academic, career, and personal counseling, particularly focusing on culturally diverse students. Micaela's experience includes coordinating outreach and recruitment efforts, advising students on curriculum and transfer opportunities, and facilitating workshops for the Honors Transfer Program. With a background that encompasses teaching science and roles in various educational settings, Micaela has a strong foundation in supporting student success and enhancing educational programs. Micaela holds a Master’s degree in College Counseling from California State University-Dominguez Hills and a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from California State University, Northridge.
