Caroline Zelaya

Caroline Zelaya, PHR SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Process Improvement Project Manager at El Camino Health since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Business Partner/Benefits at Planned Parenthood Northern California, Human Resources Generalist and Specialist at the Diocese of San Jose, and Benefits Manager at Prysm Inc. Additionally, Caroline has worked as a Human Resources Manager while self-employed, served as Office Manager at M-GROUP, and spent nearly a decade at Santa Clara University in various HR benefits roles. Education was completed at West Valley College.
