Ramesh Gopi MD is a highly experienced medical professional with a diverse background in radiology and diagnostic imaging. Since August 2007, Ramesh has served as President of Silicon Valley Diagnostic Imaging, Inc., and also holds the position of Medical Director and Radiation Safety Officer at El Camino Health, focusing on patient and occupational radiation safety while optimizing CT protocols and conducting education outreach. Ramesh is the Director and Molecular Imaging Section Head at UC San Diego, where Ramesh has held various voluntary positions as a Clinical Professor of Radiology. Ramesh has also contributed as a case reviewer for the Radiological Society of North America and participated as a Visiting Collaborator at the National Institutes of Health on advanced imaging projects. Ramesh's educational background includes a Doctor of Medicine degree from UC Irvine, a Diagnostic Radiology Residency from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, and a fellowship in Magnetic Resonance Imaging from UC San Diego.
