Zach Stone

Zach Stone is a seasoned professional in employee relations and human resources, currently serving as a People Relations Specialist at El Car Wash since June 2025. In this role, Zach supports multi-site field teams by providing guidance on employee relations, leading investigations into concerns, coaching managers on performance and conflict resolution, and ensuring policy consistency aligned with a people-first culture. Prior to this position, Zach accumulated extensive experience at Johnny Clean Car Wash in various roles, including Human Resources Manager and Recruiter, and held earlier positions in the hospitality and sales industries, including a background as a Server/Bartender at P.F. Chang's. Zach holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University at Albany.
