Bianca Gaytan-Dyer is currently serving as the Community Health Worker Manager and Wellness Program Coordinator at El Centro de Corazón. Bianca's role involves fostering relationships with community organizations, analyzing data for program reporting, and promoting diabetes self-management and nutrition education activities. In the past, Bianca has worked as a Nutrition Associate at AVANCE, Inc, and as a Clinical Nutrition Assistant at Houston Methodist. Bianca is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor at Houston Christian University, after completing a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition Sciences at the University of Houston and an Associate degree at Lone Star College.
