Aurora Jiménez

Aurora Jiménez has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Aurora has held various roles in different companies, including Head of People & Culture at El Confidencial, People & Culture Manager - Digital Transformation Area at Liberbank, and HR Manager at Mitula Group. Throughout their career, Aurora has been responsible for various HR functions such as recruitment, staffing, development, training, compensation, labor relations, and talent management. Aurora has also been involved in projects related to designing and implementing HR systems and programs. Aurora has worked in both national and international contexts, and they have experience in managing teams and coordinating HR departments.

Aurora Jiménez's education history includes completing the Senior Management Program in Digital Talent at ICEMD in 2016-2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in HR Management and Leadership from EUDE Business School in 2005-2006. Aurora also has a Bachelor's degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, which they completed in 2002-2005, and a Diploma from Universidad de Salamanca, completed in 1999-2002.
