Lcda. Olga Judith Martinez Cruz has worked in various human resources roles throughout their career. Lcda. Olga Judith began their career in 1993 as a Human Resources Director at Palmas del Mar and then transitioned to the same role at Wyndham Palmas del Mar in 1997. Lcda. Olga Judith joined El Conquistador Resort in 2000 as a Human Resources Associate Director and eventually became the Human Resources Director in 2015.

Lcda. Olga Judith Martinez Cruz obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Computer Programming from the Universidad de Puerto Rico from 1982 to 1987. Lcda. Olga Judith then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at the Universidad del Turabo from 1995 to 1997. Lastly, they attended the Escuela de Derecho from 2008 to 2011, where they earned their Juris Doctor degree.
